Privacy Policy

The short version

Your health information is personal. We collect only what the program needs, we never sell it, we never use it for advertising, and you can download or delete it at any time.

What we collect

Account: your email address and the name you choose.

Program data you enter: age, sex, height, weight, goal weight, activity level, your nutrition targets, food and water logs, daily habit check-ins, workouts completed, and body measurements.

Community: posts, hearts and private check-in messages you send.

Technical: the date you were last active and your time zone, so your day rolls over correctly. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising IDs or third-party analytics.

How we use it

To run the app for you: calculate your targets, show your progress, award badges, and let your coach support you.

Your coach can see your program progress, measurements and private check-in messages in order to coach you. Other members can only see your first name, your program day, and what you post in the community.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. We use a few service providers only to run the app: our hosting provider (Railway), our database provider (TiDB Cloud), and our email provider for login codes. When you search for food, only your search words are sent to the USDA FoodData Central database. Workout videos are played through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

How we protect it

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), including between the app and the database. Logins use one-time codes, so there are no passwords to steal, and sessions are stored only as one-way hashes. Access to member data is limited to you and your coach.

Your choices

In the app, go to Me → Privacy & data to download all of your data or permanently delete your account. Deleting your account erases your profile, logs, measurements, messages and badges right away.

You can also email us to ask about, correct or delete your information.

Children

This program is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
